Snakadaktal — The Sun II (Just Kiddin Remix)
Just Kiddin kicks their year off with a lush new remix for Australian five-piece Snakadaktal. They've put together a fantastic effort, laying a groundwork of bouncy garage vibes next to a sleek, deep bassline, providing a harmonious dichotomy to the bright indie pop vocals. It does an excellent job of tying the two styles together rather than completely reinventing the original. There's a reason the duo made it into our top artists of 2013, and we'll rest our case with this one. The track is out now on the band’s latest EP, also featuring remixes from Kilter, Hayden James, and Fractures. Stream it below, then head over to iTunes and pick yourself up a copy.
