Lara Maxen x Mickey Valen — Your Anything

A couple of years back this song was released, it wasn't very big but you might have heard of it, it's called Team, by this little artist Lorde. It was around that same time that Mickey Valen showed up on our radar, via his immaculate remix of said song, and we knew immediately he was an artist to pay attention to.

Story time aside, we've got a brand new one from him to show you. Last week saw the release of the first collaborative track between Mickey and talented singer Lara Maxen, who's a mere 18–years–old we might add, entitled Your Anything. It's the first time his name is appearing in the title of a track, but don't let that fool you into thinking he's new to the game, as his adept skills have already been evidenced through the above named remix as well as a bevy of behind the scenes production work for artists such as EVVY, AYER and more. Your Anything marks a welcome move into the light for the NYC–based producer and one we can't wait to hear more of. If this track's lush blend of striking indie–pop elements and innovative arrangements is anything to go by, and surely it is, we can expect all future work to be just as flawless.
