Galantis — Smile (Action 52 Remix)

We've had our eye on Denver's Action 52, who happen to be part of the Night Supply family that's also home to our main man Brennen aka option4, since their notable remix of Chromatic's Lady came across our radar a few months ago. Now they're back, giving us a new remix of the highly infectious Smile by Galantis, also known as Christian Karlsson of Miike Snow and Style Of Eye's Linus Eklow. Though they've only currently got a total of two tracks in their arsenal, their experience clearly isn't lacking, both having spent years in the electronic scene and now coming together for this new project of two like-minded yet markedly individual house producers. The duo has delivered an effortlessly alluring rework of the original, with rhythmic kick drums and steady building melodies drawing us in alongside slightly pitched down vocals for a combination that keeps us effectively entranced the whole way through.
