CS Premiere | Kolomensky — Tomorrow

We're getting the week started today with a new one from Russia's Kolomensky and our friends at International House of Sound. Tomorrow is the second single off the Moscow–based producer's forthcoming Illumination EP, which continues to push the refined depth shown through the set's title track back in April.

While we were initially introduced to Denis Kolomensky through his glossy nu–disco releases under the moniker Dany Kole, this current project takes on a more sophisticated palette. Tomorrow brings us a multifaceted soundscape, rife with shifting layers, expansive synths and nostalgia–inducing vocals that set an alluring stage for listeners. An intricate and timeless production, the track takes on a contemporary feel while retaining a distinct style evocative of the late 80s and 90s dance scene through it's disco–house undercurrents and thumping backbone. It pretty much has us feeling like we've stumbled upon a warehouse party at peak hours in a foreign city, surroundings barely visible but through short bursts of light, a palatable energy hanging thick in the air and the end of the night nowhere to be found.

Have a listen to Tomorrow in full below, and look out for Kolomensky's Illumination EP dropping mid–July via International House of Sound.
