The Jam Jar | 162

Maybe it's because the longest days of the year are fast approaching, when warm weather getaways seem slightly more attainable and uninhibited wanderlust starts to take over, but we've be all about tracks that just make you feelgood lately. The type of jams that add a bit of groove to your step when they come on while your cruising around the neighborhood. The ones that hit you right when the sun is at that perfect point of shine and everything feels just slightly surreal. Today's collection is about all of that goodness.

Kraak & Smaak start us off on a brilliant note, delivering the latest taste of their forthcoming album Juicy Fruit in the form of Stumble, a jazzy, cinematic slice of indie electronic featuring Aussie act Parcels. To follow that up comes Hamburg's Les Loups, with Coda (Part I & II), a luminous disco–tinged piece of modern dance music and the closer to their fantastic, recently released Arcanum EP. Then we've a couple longtime CS favorites to really pick things up. First with our bud AIMES doing what he does best and dishing out some hypnotic funk alongside Javi on Take Me, the lead single from his upcoming EP Navigue. Then Brooklyn duo French Horn Rebellion with their vibrant, pumping new jam Day By Day featuring Pink Flamingo Rhythm Review, which gives us the first listen to their new full-length due out this fall. By now you'll no doubt be properly locked into the groove, but of course there's plenty more, so dive in headfirst and get those vibes.
