Klaxons — There Is No Other Time (Claptone Remix)

Claptone remains a bit of a mystery, keeping his name a secret and his face hidden behind a gold beaked mask. Yet after bursting onto the scene in 2012 with the Wu-Tang inspired single Cream, he has developed a very unique and emotional sound that's deeply influenced by 90s hip hop and house, and well recognized among reputable names in the scene. Last week he released two new tracks, Ghost and United which are both fantastic and feature his individual blend of piano and string infused melodies, but it's his latest remix that really caught our attention. In exciting news, London based indie rock band Klaxons released some new material earlier this month with their bouncy, vocal rich track Their Is No Other Time, which Claptone has taken and laced with his signature sound, both deep and mysterious while also remaining up-beat and groovy.
