Jay xero — Tell Her No

New York's Jay xero has been making a name for himself over the past year, most recently with his collaborative release alongside LA's LondonBridge, Gonna Go With You, and continues to do so today with another brand new single. Tell Her No, a cover of The Zombies 1965 original, frames the multi-talented artist in a new light, showing not only can he deliver fantastic original work, but he's also gifted at reinterpretations. Jay xero's refreshingly inventive take on Tell Her No is an immaculate version of the classic, bringing tantalizing pads, clever instrumental touches and his own charming vocals together in a pleasantly consumed package – with just the right amount of retro groove.
