Sam Knowles (aka Karma Kid) and Jake Norman (aka Armeria) are back as Shy Luv, bringing us a disco–dusted new single via Black Butter Records. Joyrider is impossibly smooth, infectiously grooving and marks a distinctly original direction from the London pair that crisscrosses a bevy of musical styles. It's a palate refresher from the lush atmospheres of last year's breakout Caught Up On You EP, introducing a more sonically driven, electro-pop sound. The track draws us through on hypnotic guitar bits and Afrobeat percussive lines tied with Knowles' own timeless vocal work. Safe to say this one's got us on the edge of our seats for what comes next from the duo.
